Painting the Human Figure

For those looking for reference images to work from, there are a few websites that maintain a library of images of both nude and draped figure poses, including the Bodies In Motion site we visited in class. Another good resource is Line of Action, where you can define the age, gender and clothing options and then let the site cycle through timed poses of various models. For those who might want to revisit the poses we worked from in classs, I have zipped up a set of poses from screen caps.
