Write a 150-250 word synopsis of a story that follws the arc of the Hero Journey. Do not get too specific at this point. Do not feel the need to develop dialog or indicate filming treatment. Focus on setting out an outline of events in words. Remember that the classic Hollywood action hero is not necessarily what we are looking for here. In literature, the Hero can be - and often is - the everyman. In film and animation, the Hero can be a person, animal, or even inanimate objects. Watership Down tells a story of a community of country animals that meet the call. This treatment will be developed into your Midterm project. So take some time here to try and find a Hero story you can - and want to - flesh out.
